Dr. Sam Chand

Who would have thought, when in 1973 student Samuel Chand was serving Beulah Heights Bible College as janitor, cook, and dishwasher, that he would return in 1989 as President of the same college! Under his leadership it has become the country's largest predominantly African-American Bible College.

Dr. Chand is a former Pastor, college President, and Chancellor, and now serves as President Emeritus of Beulah Heights University. His educational background includes two honorary degrees.

In this season of his life, Dr. Chand does one thing – Leadership. His singular vision for his life is to Help Others Succeed. As a Dream Releaser he serves pastors, ministries, and businesses as a Leadership Architect and Change Strategist. Dr. Chand speaks regularly at leadership conferences, churches, corporations, ministerial conferences, seminars, and other leadership development opportunities.

Dr. Chand serves on the board of Advisors of EQUIP (Dr. John Maxwell's ministry), equipping 5 million leaders world-wide.

Dr. Chand has authored and published 13 books which leaders are using as handbooks worldwide in leadership development. Having been raised in a Pastor's home in India has uniquely equipped Dr. Chand to share his passion – that of mentoring, developing, and inspiring leaders to break all limits—in ministry and the marketplace.
